About the granting diplomas of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia to Zambian students
On November 12, 2020, Russian Ambassador to Zambia A.V.Boldyrev solemnly presented diplomas and badges to four Zambian graduates of the Vladimir Kikot Moscow University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia
In his greeting, the head of the diplomatic mission noted that the University is the Interior Ministry’s leading educational establishment and one of the world’s largest international centres of police education.
Furthermore, the Ambassador expressed confidence that the level of theoretical and practical knowledge acquired at the University and the experience gained during the training will be widely demanded by the security agencies of Zambia and local governmental bodies.
He wished the graduates to keep pleasant student memories for many years and always see themselves as good ambassadors of the university and the country they have studied in.
The event, which took place in the building of the Embassy, was attended from the Zambian side by the Zambian Police Education Commissioner (Administration) Mrs. L.L.B. Kamukoshi, other representatives of the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Republic, as well as family members of the alumni.
