Address by Mr. Dmitry Yudin, Charge d'Affaires of Russia in Zambia, on the occasion of the Diplomat’s Day
Dear friends and colleagues,
Once again, on February 10, we all together celebrate the Diplomat’s Day. Our efforts, as always, in such a wide range of areas, have noticeably intensified in the difficult conditions of the spread of the coronavirus pandemic, which imposes additional responsibilities on us to strengthen international cooperation and ensure security.
The Russian diplomatic mission in Zambia continues to fully contribute to the expansion of Russian-Zambian ties, the maintenance of international political cooperation, economic and humanitarian interaction.
Today we remember our friends and colleagues who worked in the African direction as well.
With warmth and respect, we will always remember Ambassador and a man among men A.V. Boldyrev, tragically passed in January of this year. He devoted his entire life to the diplomatic service and contributed to a remarkable strengthening of relations between Russia and Zambia.
